Hi,
I get this error message after I successfully login to the app (Android) in the My Account tab. I need to keep restarting the app many many time for it to go away. Any ideas?

I have encountered this issue on occasion and as long as the website wasn’t down for maintenance I’ve been able to solve it by refreshing the page. Just press the middle of the screen and drag down, this will refresh the page on the app.

try to uninstall the app first
Then clear cache of the default browser on your phone
then reinstall the app and it should resolve the problem

Does this mostly occur after midnight eastern ?
