I have been trying to activate SIM card for new phone and after completing all four steps I continuously get error code 837 after hitting "activate SIM card"
I was told yesterday the system was down but same thing today?

I am able to enter all 4 steps successfully using BELL account number of old phone it's just when I hit the final "activate SIM card" I get error code 837

Has money been spent? Did you attempt to transfer a number in? Did you use account # or IMEI?
Adding - if you did try to transfer then be sure to leave the old sim in a phone to confirm the transfer. And the old service needs to be active.

hi @Rande1 check credit card and make sure there is no charge from PM yet
Then use Incognito mode or another browser to try again. If you request porting, use your old carrier's account number instead

System works today; you can log in to My Account and My rewards.
Did you use phone or computer to activate SIM? I personally would always use computer...
Can you log in at all? Did you manage to create at least an account?
