I have been trying to activate SIM card for new phone and after completing all four steps I continuously get error code 837 after hitting "activate SIM card"I was told yesterday the system was down but same thing today?
I am able to enter all 4 steps successfully using BELL account number of old phone it's just when I hit the final "activate SIM card" I get error code 837
