Hi There;
I am receiving a wired code of (Error Code: XXX) when I am trying to activate a SIM card.
I had an account in the past and am trying to use it again to activate my old SIM card.
That would be great if you could assist.

@Kasra1 - You may need to use the app with that error code, but if the issue persists, please try order a new SIM card or contact CS_Agent by clicking the "Chat" icon in the bottom right corner and type in "Submit a ticket."

@Kasra1 sim card can only be used for once. If that is an old sim card that was used, and the account was closed, the sim card can no lonber be used for another activation
So, if you are activating a new account now, you will need a new Public Mobile Sim card. You can get one from
