@huicao before you try reactivate, wait 15 mom, check your credit card to confirm PM didn't take money on your first attempt
Weee you trying to activate with porting your number? Did you enter your IMEI as porting info? If so, it might be the reason. When you try reactivate, please provide you account number with the old provider instead.

Check to see if your CC was charged by PM.
If not, wait about 1/2 hour and use your previous carrier account number but first clear cache, cookie and go incognito on your browser.
