I have have another account set up, but I'm unable to login with either the phone number or email associated with that account. They're asking for a valid number or email, but both are. I am unable to sign into that account to start a ticket number, so I've signed into this one hoping to get an answer. The chat bot isn't helping as I'm unable to login to the other account. The number in question is working (ie I'm able to get calls and texts etc) and they're taking payment from me. But it says it isn't registered.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I did double check that and was lucky to see I saved the original activation email from when I first set it up.

you sure you're not using the same email address for both accounts ? You must use a different email address for each.
