change how 2fa is sent

I want to have the 2fa code sent to me by email. Presently it goes to my cell phone which is not yet aactivated and I cannot get the code that is sent to the cell phone .

can you at least get the number activate first? what is the issue?

you can try to ask PM to help.  

 Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

If you click on Didn't Get Code, there may be an option there to send to your email. If you don't see that option, then you can contact a CS Agent via @Handy1 links offered.

you can do that, BUT, you need to login using 2FA via SMS at least once

so, try to get that done first, then you can change it via My Account, Profile page , Manage EverSafe ID and remove the phone number there

if you cannot login the first time via SMS, ask PM agent to help

Log in to your account, see Manage Login (Secured by Eversafe)> make sure email is enabled, then disable (uncheck) beside your Phone number.
