Do I loose my number if I order a E-sim for my new phone. At the moment I still have the physical Sim but I'm getting a new phone that uses E-sim

You won't lose your number. Once you get your new cell just download the Public Mobile app to your new cell, log in to your account to buy the new esim. You should be good to go.
