This is my issue:
my aunt registered my SIM and account by her informations 5 years ago. Now, she is leaving in US and can not contact. I can not access to my account because I only have my phone number. Can I reset my account by changing to my email and password. Thanks for help.

HI @trucpham you can still open a ticket with CS agent, they will reply via message in Community inbox. they will ask for validation questions, contact your aunt and get her to answer the question and reply within 24 hours , or ticket will be closed

@trucpham , it is going to be tough for you to gain access to the account. Technically the account "does not belong" to you. I would start by trying to obtain the login information from you aunt. If you want a CSA to help with getting access to the account they will want to confirm account ownership.
