please help, I had a very old email address connected to my account. The entire server and platform is gone. I can't get into my account as I have not email address anymore. I have been locked out a few times and I can't access the email address to check the verification code.

Your email is just a login ID. You can still use it, receive 2FA as SMS and log in. Then change email...

Edit: Are you able to get into your PM app on your device? If so, you should be able to go to the Account tab and update your email address on file with something that is working, but if not you can try reaching an agent with the link I provided above.
