hi, I downloaded a new e sim, but it said that I needed to cancel my account. Is that ok?
I canceled the process and now I don't have an e sim any more. Can you credit my account with 5$ again so that I can install the e sim?

@sarzbot Normally if you already had an esim any further esims should be free. It would help if you explain what it was you were doing when the system asked you to cancel your account. Or do you mean that a previous provider sent you an SMS asking to authorize a transfer to Public Mobile?

are you a new customer, activating your new account or are you just replacing hard sim with an esim ?
