Hello, hope this message finds you well, I am having a problem in accessing my account, each time I try to log in two options pop in, only the "Resume Activation" and "Go to Log In Page". I didn't request any activation as my SIM card works properly, but I need to know my account number. Please help me to access my account.

Several posts recently from existing customers with same issue.
The website is finicky. Maybe try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.

That is really unusual. You would only see those two options if you're account isn't activated yet. Is it possible that you used another email?
