the 1st PM eSim is a freebie...after that, 'ya pay $5 + tax.
added...to message Customer Support to request refund, click that little orange bubble on bottom right side of this page to start that process. If that fails, try this link...give them as much account info as you can ie: ph #, name on acct, PM pin #...etc.

@Plss As softech mentioned, you can get a new one via the PM app. It's worth noting that it will initially show as a $5 purchase, but when you select it, it will then apply a $5 rebate and it will show the price as free ($0) at the bottom on the buy button.

@Plss you can get the new eSIM for free back
To get thr new eSIM, first, download the app on your new phone. Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM. Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $ and Install, the system will recognize that you got am eSIM before and won't charge you again. Just followi the prompt to install eSIM on your device

You should contact support to get help with that.
