I have a simple question, I transferred my number from Rogers to Public Mobile and lost my phone, but I still have a physical SIM card that is most likely blocked by Rogers. How can I reactivate the E-SIM for my phone number, so as not to use another phone number? I have an active Public Mobile plan. I can’t write a ticket because it always gives me an error and it’s impossible to contact support.

sim card are one time use, once activated once, it cannot be reused. Also, you need a PM sim card here.  You can buy a physical sim from your local Telus/Koodo store 

If you want to activate eSIM, you will need to buy a new one for you replacement phone  To rebuy new eSIM, First, download the app on your new phone, click   or    at the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now.  You can buy and install eSIM from there
