Duplicate charge for roaming package purchase

On February 14, 2023, I was charged twice for a roaming package I had purchased. Please credit my account for $33.60, the amount I was double billed for.

The charges appear on my VISA statement as two distinct charges on the same date. I've already opened a ticket for this overcharge, so please credit my account for the amount of $33.60 that I was overcharged.

@H-man1 so, one of them was never used? 

 

you see on payment history showing both purchases?

any chance one of the charges just sitting in Available Fund?

 

if PM really took the money for both , open ticket with them
