I think you still need to reactivate the account even when you add credit there. Are you doing this through the portal or by dialing 611?

Hi it says my account it temporarily suspended and to add more time , I did add 25.00 and have a balance of 35.00 but my plan didn’t renew when i added it today

@JenetteB Is your account currently active? What does it say when you dial 611 from your phone? What is the renewal date for the account?

Is it your renewal date or is the case of trying to get your service working again after the payment was missed? The other possiblility that I can think of is if you ran out of minutes or data and wanted to renew your plan early. Can you clarify which type of situation applies?
