Hi. I changed my subscription plan but was charged for my old subscription and my new subscription.

This happens when you click on switch to new plan NOW.
To avoid this, you should have clicked on Yoir Next Renewal Date.

Did you make the change after your old plan already renewed? If that was the case you should have chosen for the new plan to switch over at renewal. That way you could use the service you already paid for and avoid getting double charged as you have.
You could reach out to Customer Service and they might be able to do something for you, usually PM offers no refunds so it’s really up to the agent you get but it can’t hurt to ask.
