Im trying to cancel a number we no longer use.  It was my daughters and she cannot remember the email connected to the number.  Im getting very frustrated with public mobile as there is no contact info or help to get it figured out. They continue to take the payment out

It is not PM fault that you can’t remember the email or password. This is to prevent illegal SIM swapping.

Sorry I must have misread! Regardless, I have provided you with the link to send a message to a customer service agent in that post. Send them a message, explain the situation, give them all the info you can to prove that account is yours and I’m sure they can help you.

@JRod. I cannot get into the account as I dont have the email password or pin. It was a old email my daughter used and cannot remember any of the info.

To close the account go to subscription and add-on’s, manage subscription, and then turn off auto pay. This can also be done with 611 if you know your account pin. 

Once a payment isn’t made the account will automatically close in 90 Days.

You can also message support to remove the credit card that is attached to the account. They might also be able to close the account for you right away if you ask.

If you wish to keep the number and port your number elsewhere that will also close your account automatically once the port is completed. Just know that the PM account must be active in order for you to port the number.

if you know the 4 digits account pin, you can dial *611 and disable Autopay.

if not, please message support and ask them to help to remove the credit card from the account 

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
