Did you try login to your account and then go to the Profile section to change to a new PIN number?

@Kerry5 If you don’t remember it you can always change it in your account profile page tap the pencil next to PIN

If you are referring to the SIM code or PUK code, you’ll have to reach out to customer service.

Are you asking about your account security PIN? By logging into your Self Serve account, that can be reset/changed. It's in the Profile area.
