More details will get you the most accurate resolution. Either way it may be easier to make sure the extra charge is in your available balance and use that either for renewals or add ons going forward

HI @Nanasof8 Do you see it charged twice on the credit card or on My Account's Transaction?
Also, by "US plan" , do you mean the US Roaming Add-on you purchased or the regular plan renewal got charged twice?
First check your transaction history on My Account. Maybe posted a screenshot so we can understand more

What do you mean 'US plan'? There is only PM Plan with unlimited calls to US. Or do you talk about US add-on?
