Don't know why my phone can not send/receive pictures recently.

I can receive txt message, but when receiving pictures, it always says, failed to download messages. Why?

What type of phone do you have? Did you turn your mobile  data on?

 After changing the settings,  turn off the phone.

You likely have an older phone and need to update your APN settings.
