I tried to purchase a 15 day roam talk-txt-data add-on on June 14. Today I found that I have been charged three times on that day. How can I solve the problem?

why my phone download message failed?

TXT message is ok, but it is problem with sending or receiving a image or a picture  message. 

Don't know why my phone can not send/receive pictures recently.

I can receive txt message, but when receiving pictures, it always says, failed to download messages. Why?
