It looks this is for BC and AB only and only if you receive 'Child Care Benefit'.

Public mobile does not have traditional pay as you go plans. All plans are prepaid. The $15 plan gives you unlimited texts, incoming calls. 100 outgoing minutes and 250mb of data. You can purchase a one time $5/500 min add on to supplement the plan minutes of the $15 plan. This add on will roll over every 30 days until completely consumed. With no expiry depending on usage the add on could last for months or years even.
Pm regularily grandfather's plans or features however these are not accessible to customers unless you already have te plan before it was grandfathered.

They do not. Edit: Telus has a $10 plan. Anything beyond the included features becomes pay as you go. No they don't anymore. Most providers will have low price base plans and then charge overages either by way of post-paid or out of a balance on hand which is a lot like pay as you go. Just not here.
