Hi. I'm fairly new to PM and can't find a current answer to this.
I signed up for $34 4G 60GB CAN plan last Oct for 90 days and it automatically renewed Jan 25/24. I'd like to change today to the new promo for $40 5G 75GB CAN-US plan... as i now need US calling for my business.
But...will I get a refund for the 2 months that are still remaining on my current 90 day plan??

@Canuckr No sorry PM is pre paid and no refunds . Just make the plan change for next renewal and you won’t lose money on your current cycle

@Canuckr no, no partial refund for ea3ly plan change
however, you can schedule a plan change to start at the end of your current 90 days plan. please use the Change on Renewal option when choosing new plan
