Network issue and porting out

Hi, I activated a $35 plan recently but only used it for 2–3 days before porting out. I was having constant signal issues in my area and upto researching I found Telus’s service isn’t the best in my area especially in basements.

I understand it’s prepaid, but I was wondering if there’s any chance of a partial or full refund as I didn’t use the full service.

You might want to check what carrier signal work best coverage in your area.

PM utilizes Telus and Bell towers. But check  the Rogers or Freedom towers coverage and go with them.

You might want to contact a CS_Agent for a refund but I doubt it.

only hope is if you ported to a Telus family network otherwise you're outta luck, I'm afraid.

added...ask your new cell provider to give you credit to your new account as you forfeited your $$ with Public Mobile to join their network.
