i had an issue with my card and my payment did not go throu so they put my plan on hold, im trying to renew subscription and pay but im having a message that says unable to process your payment try again later and i have been trying multiple times but same message appears, is there a help phone number i can call?

@Noona8 If you tried to many time it will lock the card out for 24 hours and try again and here you first delete the app and then reinstall the app and allow location services with the app when you first log back in . But if your in a hurry you can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 from your phone
