Here's a working link - scroll down to the section titled "Adding an Extended Absence Greeting"
Many people quickly claim that voicemail at Public Mobile cannot be disabled, and while "technically" true as you cannot achieve an unlimited ring time, you can indeed prevent people from leaving you messages with the above method. The other alternative is redirecting the "conditional" call forwards to an alternate of dead-end number, like 000-000-0000. The instructions to do this are in the same article linked above, in the section titled "Call Forwarding".
Of course diverting junk calls to Lenny the anti-telemarketer bot is another entertaining option as @darlicious mentioned... Personally I only assign that on my *67 busy/declined conditional call forward so I have personal discretion which calls go to him only if I explicitly decline the call... the rest flow to voicemail as usual if left unanswered 🙂

What is your purpose in disabling voicemail? Since it cannot be done perhaps a solution to your problem will be sending your unwanted callers to Lenny instead. He is very effective and can almost make you look forward to recieving unwanted callers out of your own personsal amusement. You can thank @Nezgar for their brilliance.

You CANNOT disable PM voice mail but here is the trick to avoid anybody leaving vmail in your mail box. It has its pro and cons though...
- dial into your voicemail and log-in with your PIN.
- In the main menu, press 3 (manage greetings),
- then 4 (manage extended absence greeting),
- then 2 (record a new extended absence greeting) and record a message that indicates to your caller you are not accepting messages.
- Then press 4 to turn on extended absence
- Finally, press 5 to disallow anyone to leave you a message. Problem solved!
To return to receiving inbound messages, should you wish to at a later date:
- dial into your voicemail and log-in with your PIN.
- In the main menu, press 3 (manage greetings),
- then 4 (manage extended absence greeting),
- then 4 to turn off your extended absence greeting

@jatinmehta09 there is no official way to disable voicemail, but you can use this workaround:
to "disable" voicemail, on your dial pad dial: *004*8080000000#
This will cause all calls to either ring forever or get fast busy at the point they normally would have been diverted to the voicemail system.
To reset it back to defaults, dial ##004#
