If you're porting from Koodo PREPAID, you will need customer support to complete the port process.
This is because both them and Public Mobile share the same systems (all being under the TELUS umbrella of companies), thus you can't 'port' wherein it stays within the same system, just different providers.
If that's the case, customer support is needed to complete the port.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Only online - ticket or direct mail.
It is major PAIN for most customers but nothing can be done...

I can't transfer my number from Koodo. It failed and I can't redo the steps.

Unfortunately NO such thing with PM.
All support is on-line through ticket or ask question here and other customers will try to help you out.

I'm sure when you signed up for Public Mobile you read it was a self service provider. There is no phone number to call. These forums are your source for help. There is a way you can message a customer service person but they ask you share your concerns here so we as fellow customers can help.
With that being said, what issues are you having that we can try to help you with?

No there really isn't, PM provides customer support all online through this community and through the chatbot (the orange round circle in the bottom right corner of your screen).
Are you able to share the issue you are having? Maybe the community can help you out
