Dear Sir,
I have applied for a new simcard before 1 week. However, I have still not received my simcard yet. I would like to know if the simcard is dispatched or not? If it is dispatched I would like to know the details of tracking id or current status of the courier or mail sent. I would highly appreciate your prompt and positive response.

Thank you for the suggestion. It is e-sim compatible but I have 2 devices so i want sim card so that i can switch between devices easily

hi @Rakeshkumar1 sim card delivery could take a 3 days to 3 weeks
I would also support agent to check if they shipped and ask if you can pick up one from Telus or Koodo store in person

@Rakeshkumar1 sim cards usually take 3 days to 3 weeks and no tracking . If you need one sooner try Telus /koodo store or order from Amazon . If you waited more then 10 business days contact support . They may even reimburse you you to pick one up yourself
