I ordered and paid for a SIM card on January 20th and still haven't received it. I can't find any way to track it.
I need some assistance to find out if it was sent yet or how to track it.

It was reordered by a staff member on my behalf and it came in today. Once it was reordered it took about a week to come in.

No tracking options for SIM cards, @Sam-J
Use this store locator to find a store near you which may sell one. Call ahead to confirm they have one.
Keep the one you'll eventually receive from Public Mobile as a spare - they're always good to have on hand, if not for you, for someone else you might refer here.

sim card delivery could be as many as 3 weeks
Since it is over 10 days, open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way

Delivery time is 5-10 business days even though some customers experienced longer than usual wait time.

@Sam-J Can take up to 3 weeks to arrive . If you need one sooner try local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up otherwise ask support for a update
