Didn't receive $10 referral credit

I signed up more than 10 days ago.  I used a friend's referral code and haven't received $10 and my friend hasn't received $1 but got the text "Cha-ching! you just added to your Refer A Friend reward....".

Normally it takes 72 hours to be added into your account but it has passed that time so contact a CS_Agent and inquire about it at:

Your $10 will be found in Upcoming Payment as -10, and your friend's will appear in reword after the next bill.

@sha2024 so, you didn't see a $10 credit showing as Available Funds on My Account?? please check again using Incognito mode

if not there, support agent can help, please engage them by messaging:
