Hi,
I signed up for public mobile and have renewed payments for a few months. I have not received any referral credits from my friends referral yet after signing up. Can I get some help on this matter? Thanks!

While waiting for moderator assistance...try this. Log into My Account / My Rewards. You'll see a little black arrowhead beside Total Rewards earned. Click that arrowhead and you should see a drop-down list of your referrals.

@Xingmin did your friend receive the 10.00 credit? When your friend signs up with your code you will get the credit immediately and they will get it in 72hrs.
If you used their code then you should have received 10.00 credit in 72hrs.
Contact the moderators to have this rectified. I am assuming your friend is still with public mobile?
Type rewards not received.

@Xingmin hi if you do not see it in your payment history click on the ? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator they can help you with your issue

@Xingmin When someone uses your referral code you will get a cha ching text from Public Mobile. Did you not get the text?
If not, then submit a ticket and include the numbers of the people that you referred.

Did you give them your referal code to use when your friends activated their sim card. The code has to be entered at that time. If done correctly you should of gotten a text saying that someone used your referal code. If they forgot to enter it, You need to talk to a moderator by clicking on the "?" in the lower right.

@Xingmin Could you please check your payment history? Does it have this reward or not? Are you sure that you used a correct referral code from your friend during sign up process?

@Xingmin check to see if you paid $10 less on your second bill. That's when the $10 referral credit is applied. If you were on autopay, it would have been $14. Stay safe.
