My plan says that im paying the 186$ plan even though i set up the plan change for the 120$ plan on my next cycle. November 22 was my new plan cycle and when i woke up to check it, it said my account was suspended and i had to pay the remaining balance. My credit card was automatically charged 120$ as i was on autopay but to renew the plan i had to pay the remaining 66$ so i payed it to remove the suspension. I didnt worry about it because i thought it was just a glitch and ill get the 66$ back but its still telling me i have to pay 186$ on my next cycle and now im worrying ive lost the plan.

Yea, did it a while ago....
probably not going to get a response anytime soon though just wonderingif this happened to anyone else.
