Does anyone else feel this way when the Mods don't respond? ( just kidding! Luv you guys!)
Trying to figure out why daughters new iphone works with my PM sim but cant get past Payment screen to activate her new sim.I am using my visa debit which works fine on my account. Its been since the 19th. Bank can see attempts from their end.
I tried to switch to 40 plan from my existing plan but because it only took $120 It didnt go through. Now I cannot get back into My Account (message about not connecting but can access Activate link no problem) to add the $14 And add the special plan...
