Trying to figure out why daughters new iphone works with my PM sim but cant get past Payment screen to activate her new sim.
I am using my visa debit which works fine on my account. Its been since the 19th. Bank can see attempts from their end.

Suggestions:
- clear your browser’s cache and restart your computer
- turn off any popup/ad blocker
- ensure name/address is EXACT match for card account
- try a different card
- use a diffecrent email address for her account
