It's been a week, I am not receiving any incoming calls and none of people from PM responding. It's brutal.

your old provider will prorate yoru plan once teh port is completed. and \pm will likley adjust your billing cycle to the date the port happens.

keeping the old account is the only one option for now but another 80$ bill for that is the direct loss and I don't think public mobile will compensate it.

If your old SIM is still worlking, just keep using it until it stops. Do not cancel your old account.

As you know there is a large delay in responding to private messages. The mods are working on fixing issues as fast as tehy can. In the last 24 days of the promo there were about 14,000 orders.
If your old sim works it is reccomennded that you use taht until they respond.
Just becasuse it says the message was unread does not mean it has not been. As long as you sent them all the info they require they will address your issue.
