hi,
a friend of mine activated yesterday but she does not have service since the moment she activated. could you please tell me if the activation really went through?

@jesuis Edit your post to remove all the personal info.
A few questions would assist us:
1. Did she request a transfer of her phone number from another carrier? If so, which?
2. What message does she see on the phone; No Sim, Enter Code, No Service, Publc Mobile with some bars, etc?
3. What is make/model of the phone? Where was it purchased? Is it unlocked?
4. Does her old SIM still work?
