Apologies for bogging down the forum with another request but @Shazia_K and @Mary_M, I've sent you a PM of my info. There is an issue porting my number from Freedom/Wind Mobile. I can't receive calls nor send/recieve text messages.

I understand there is a huge backlog and luckily my old sim is working so I'm using that in the meantime. Thank you!

Does your wind sim work?  if yes then it is reccomended tat you use that sim until the porting issue is resolved.  it might take several days for the mods to respond.
