I am currently terminally ill. I am making out my Power of Attorney and Will documents for when I eventually die. I need to know how the person who will be my Executor will eventually cancel my account when I am no more. What is the procedure to cancel an account upon death of an account holder?

Sorry to hear about your health issues.
There is no live support (ie. call centre or live chat) for our executor to call. Your executor can contact customer service agent by private messaging. As mentioned, if your credit card gets cancelled, then at next payment date, your account will be suspended. Not sure how long it takes to cancel credit card upon death.
Another way is to leave your password to your self service account for your executor. As long as executor has access to your cell phone (leave your code to your phone to executor) or email address, they should be able to get 2FA code to access your self service account. Then they need to "unsubscribe" your subscription and then your plan will not renew and go to suspended state. Once suspended for over 90 days, then your PM account will be permanently closed.

There a couple of was you could do it.
1 Leave your email and password written down somewhere so they can log in and cancel the subscription
2 Have them contact PM with a copy of death certificate and proof that there the Executor. This is the proper way but the first option is easer to do.
3 as the other Suggested just have them cancel your visa. But the visa may be needed for other final payment to be made so may not be the best choice

Executor will cancel all your payment cards, then your Public Mobile account will Suspend due to non-pay. Account will deactivate after 90 days in suspension.

The easiest way is to cancel your credit card when the time comes. Your account will be closed after 90 days of nonpayment.

You can have the person contact a CS Agent however, reality is, once your credit card has been cancelled due to your passing, the account automatically closes as it's prepaid service.
You can reach out to a CS Agent and ask them to place information on your account with who the Executor is, and their passwords that will be used and such.
The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact them.
