It seems as though all the deals offered are for new activations only - are there no deals for current customers? I'd like to add more monthly data. Do I have to quit to get the deals?

No hidden fees but remember that when they say /month, it's NOT true. It's /30 days

Nope, never any hidden fees on PM but remember to switch plan on your Next Renewal Date because there are no refund on unused days if you click on NOW.

and be sure to use the change on renewal option and not immediately to abuse losing money in your current cycle

I see there's a better plan for the same cost as my current one. It's labeled "Promotion ". Are there any hidden fees?

you only have to log in to your account and upgrade to a plan that's available to you. Should be easy to upgrade...the bad part is trying to downgrade plan can be disappointing...not all plans are available to downsize.

@shchapin1 In your account “change plans “ page you can only switch to what’s available to switch to in there . Of course you can always port out and back in in. De account with desired plan if it’s not available to you to switch to . But this would be a bit of time and money needing new SIM card and new email for public mobile and you lose any friend refferals you have

You can check out the plans offered to you on your account. Just login on the app or online then go to Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription and it will list all the plans you are eligible for.
