I have been with public mobile for number of years now and last two billing cycles I went over on data this is the only time I ever did with being with public M. I see that the data usage is past 12 pm and I k ow that this is not right because I don’t be up that late. Just wondering if any one is having same issue. I

This feature was turned on in my phone. It was always off not sure by doing the updates it was turned on again. I got it switched to off again so hopefully this helps.

Hi i have not used 5 gb of data in 16 days. I haven’t done anything different in them days compared to the months prior to the last two that I used up my data in.

@Daisy9 In addition to what’s already been mentioned best way to keep track of your data usage in PM site is by doing this
simply try refreshing the page when logged in

PM updates your data usage twice a day. One around midnight and the other around noon.

Try to enable data saver to help lower the usage
And maybe you have app using background data? disable them
The usage you see there is the usage for the last 12 hours, it usually just shows only 2 data usage daily

the data usage at 12 PM is not really the time data was used. PM only posted usage twice a day and not constantly updating. So, the entry is see is the TOTAL usage between that timestamp and the timestamp of the previous entry
What phone do you have? If Android, you can trace back the usage on the last month on your device and you can see if it makes sense

Those timestamps are not live. They're accumulative and then shown twice a day.
