Hi, I am getting messages saying that my data usage is 75% - 100%, though when I go to my account I’ve only used a fraction of it. Upon getting a message I’ve hit 100% it stops me from using data despite still clearly having more data on my account.

You should contact customer service agent to verify.
I have a feeling that you did use up your data. If you have the 1GB plan, you can easily go over that 1GB in a hour or so. Sometimes if your Wifi is not working for some reason, your phone may switch over to data usage.

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

I am getting a text message from public mobile saying that is my data usage. And when I check my phone and account it is no where near that

i thought the message about 75% is from your phone itself. Sound like you have enabled Mobile data limit on your phone. Find it from the Settings menu and disable it

In my public mobile account. I have almost everything turned off. I have 1 gig and rarely go out and am on wifi the majority of the time.

Where are you seeing that you have more data in your account? Your phone history? Your PM self service account? How much data does your plan have? In your self service account, the data usage is updated once a day usually early in the morning.
What does your self service account show? Usage history?
