I bought SIM CARD form amanzon. I would like to active it, but it said invalid. could you help to solve the problem?

It seems someone did a which and bait on your SIM card.
The PM SIM card serial number (last digits 6612) is different on the actual nano SIM (last digits 9964)…the number should also match beside the logos.

This is a TELUS SIM card, you need one from Public Mobile.

the sim card you are showing, the tiny nano part of it, has a Telus logo on it, it is a Telus sim card , not Public Mobile
the whole card itself, is a Public Mobile.
So, what I guess is you got it mixed up with your old carrier Telus sim card, or the actual Public Mobile sim card is in the phone already. If the PM sim card in the phone already, you will need to enter the sim card number starts with 891223000050 into the box for sim card activation
by the way, remove the pictures, click the 3 dots on the upper right and Edit Message. You don't want to post your sim card number there, hackers can do something with it

is this the sim card you received from Amazon?
it is weird the sim number showing on the sim card itself is different from the sim number showing on the lower left of the card
did you move the sim around and got mixed up with an old sim card?
sim card only be used to activate once, old sim card cannot be reused.
