Which model phone are you using? Is the phone VoLTE compatible with Public mobile network?

If not VoLTE compatible, then you may have talk issues on the PM network (especially with network changes and the eventual decommissioning of the 3G network across Canada). In Manitoba, the decommissioning of the 3G network is being done already.
