Hello ,
I have a plan with 2GB and 500 MB extra for the autopay
It is telling me that I used my data , but 2 days ago I checked I was using almost 1660MB, so i believe the 2GB used , what about my extra 500MB ??

2GB + 500MB are your Plan allowance and it is shown as one amount so there will be no 2 separate counters for 2 and 500.
The most accurate data usage tracking is through PM self-serving account.
I do not see any plan with 2+500 so you must be on some grandfathered plan. If you are currently paying $35 you should schedule plan change on next renewal to the same $35 plan as you will get 500MB more (total 3GB).

Double check your usage on PM and compare it to your date counter you have on your phone (if you set it up) as the community has said if that data line is missing completely it means it has been used up in full.

Look under your plan details and you should see the following listed if you have the 500mb auto pay bonus....

You are currently on a grandfathered plan? Check under your plan details for the exact features in your plan. You can also see them if you go to the plans page and scroll down to the bottom of the page. I can access an account that I believe has the same plan to see how the 500mb auto pay bonus is displayed.
Edit:
The auto pay bonus is included your plan data counter.....0/2560mb. As below....if your data line and counter is no longer showing then you have consumed the data. Have you recently gone thru renewal? Does your plan have a discounted price? The current $35 plan has 2.5gb+500mb for autopay=3gb. You could schedule a change plan on next renewal to the updated $35/3gb plan.
