Hi Admin,
I activated a new line on Nov 15 and today I log into my account and noticed my Data usage is 2.51GB but when I check the history log and it shows only 19.42 MB on Nov 15 and 8.47 MB on Nov 16. How can it be 2.51 GB of usage?

Hi, I did turn off the background apps using data, it's just the Plan Usage from my account does not match up with the Usage History log, nowhere in the Usage History log showed I used 2.5GB of data.

hey! It could be background data from apps. Little advice, I keep my iPhone in Low Data Mode permanently, itll kill all the unncessary background data usage. Obviously somethings will have to be manually refreshed but it's saved me a ton of data over a month.

A couple of things to check:

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Please clear cache and login again using incognito / private mode in your browser. Also some data is delayed in detailed usage. Maybe your phone is using the data for some background updation?
