I recently purchased a 1 GB data top up. It shows that I have a top up on my account, but I still get no data when away from my wifi. Tried restarting phone. Anything I’m doing wrong?

Thanks got it all figured out. Didn’t know I had to reset my network settings for it to work. Did that and now it’s all good. Thanks for replies

Have you ever had mobile data? Is it turned on? What kind of phone do you have?

If you still see funds in your account then you need to add it your account by Click the plus sign (+) to add.

When you say that it shows a top up, you you mean that the funds are now showing in your available balance? That would indicate that the add-on has not yet been purchased. Any time that a customer tries to buy an add-on when the funds are already in the Public Mobile account, the process only applies a payment top up. You would then to repeat the purchase procrdure to get the add-on.
