Data stop working

My data stop working from no  where. Need help. I have restarted my phone and took my sim card and back in, still do not work.

Connections reset solved the issue!

also, make sure you don't have a data limit set on your phone.  If you do, disable the data limit

if you have a physical sim, test on another phone

last, submit a ticket with PM agent using the link in my above post

It shows I used 6gbs out out 60gbs

Could you try resetting your network settings

Also, try switching your network mode from 5G to LTE only and see if data starts working again.

First check your PM account to confirm you do have data available.

what phone do you have? you checked My Account and confirmed that you still have enough data?

or call *611 form it phone, it will tell you how much data left

and check any outage in your area

last, ask PM agent to check and refresh your account if needed
