switch to public during that flash sale. everything works except for my data. tried all the steps in the help section. need help.

Try adding a new eSIM, it should fix the problem. Worked for me!

hi @briannaL make sure your old carrier sim is removed 

then Reboot phone and click Reset Network Settings and test again
