Has anyone had their plan changed? I was offered more data , accepted it a few months ago but discovered today I’m bumped back to my old plan with less data on all of a sudden.

If you haven't logged into your account in a while then you're probably looking at the old information. As mentioned clear your browser and log in using privacy mode to see up-to-date info in your account.

Public mobile will not normally change customer's plans. It needs to be done by customer via self service account.
This website has some "caching" issues. Try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try to login with a different device (ie. computer)
